Position: Team Leader – Scaffolding

Job Description:
Doserne AS is expanding its operations and looking for an experienced Team Leader to coordinate scaffolding teams on site.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily work plans and team coordination (2–6 workers)
- Ensure proper assembly according to drawings and safety standards
- Communicate with project managers and report progress
- Maintain safety and quality control on site
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of scaffolding experience
- Proven leadership and organizational skills
- Driver’s license (Category B)
- Strong communication and safety focus
- HAKI / Layher certifications are a plus
